Rooms are good ,bed is good, AC is very noisy Service is good

I stayed here for 5 days and had a generally pleasant stay, but my stay was not without incident. Unfortunately, one night late at night a worker from the hotel entered my apartment with his key, although it was clear that the apartment was occupied, as indicated by the sign outside the door. The property management said that he made a mistake and entered the wrong room, and they gave us one free night to compensate for this mistake. No matter how comfortable the rest of the stay was, this incident definitely put a negative mood on our stay as I was feeling unsafe and uneasy that someone could just enter my private space without warning. Pros: *Spacious rooms *Comfortable bed/pillows *Well-equipped kitchen *Location *Relatively clean *A nice self service snack shop on the ground floor Cons (other than the intrusion): *Streets outside are very noisy *I could hear people talking/laughing/moving furniture, and housekeeping noises from neighboring apartments, so again, very noisy place. *The TV was ancient & broken. We didn’t bother complaining because there were only a handful of channels available, and half of them didn’t work either. To be competitive in 2021, the hotel should invest in better entertainment options, like a smart tv with Netflix/OSN or something. If you’re spending time in the room, it’s going to be boring.
