Room was extremely poorly maintain. The room door was broken, kettle was not working, intercom was out of order. You had to go down from 7th floor to ask for anything. Staff communication was extremely poor. I I was utter disappointment after paying that much of money to get this experience. Only good thing about hotel was it's location.

Tidy room with small sitting area.Very near to Masjid Al haram.Almost 3 minutes walk.Small cafeteria is also available in the lobby. Shops, restraunts, money exchange, banks, shopping all are just 5 minutes away.

Three street down the road walking to masjid .
Rooms are just ok not very nice after paying premium price no breakfast no iron no tea service .no hot water .no shower curton .
House keeping staff very help full.
A lot food points and other shops around but very expensive.

Alhamdulillah I have been stayed for 3 night. The service in this hotel was good and quick response. All of the employee was very kind to the guest. The food was delicious, they served menu based on where the guests were from.

Horrible service they asked us to shift twice to two rooms in different floors bcz they had some plumbing work going on. very inconvenient. No respect to guests. We had a very unpleasant stay and spoilt our stay in madinah PLEASE DON’T BOOK this hotel. You won’t be able to fulfill your umrah needs.
