I had taken this hotel with 150 beds for my Hajj 2023 group. But the condition of the room is very bad. The hotel staff who stay at the reception do not know how to talk to the guest. Worst hotel. Please dont booking in this hotel.

Lift was a big issue. They have limited small lifts which are occupied most of the time and you have to wait for long. The location is perfect.

Worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Because the hotel staffs very worst. Fron the receptionist to room service staff must be traine.
No Bath towels
No telephone or intercom facility to call reception
No tea or coffee only jug kettle is there
No drinking water in the room
No room service
No tv working
Buffet food is very worst . They serve lunch same food to dinner also. When I ask to restaurant inchange he is coming to fight with me. Even doesn't know to handle the guests.

We were 30 persons who came for Hajj. We arrived to the hotel after a long trip and when we wanted to get the rooms which we booked through Nusuk website, they wanted to put every 6 persons in a room while we paid for rooms of 4 persons as a maximum capacity. They didn’t want to give us the rooms and we waited in the lobby for long time. That’s not accepted at all. We should take what we paid for.

Room was extremely poorly maintain. The room door was broken, kettle was not working, intercom was out of order. You had to go down from 7th floor to ask for anything. Staff communication was extremely poor. I I was utter disappointment after paying that much of money to get this experience. Only good thing about hotel was it's location.
