Rooms are clean, views are amazing, Look for Bushra at the reception, she is the best, very helpful and friendly

Really it was amazing place .rooms are clean .staff was so kind .it is including swimming pool with safety guard for kids. Play area near to the beach 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk. Restaurants , Landry , supermarket and beach are near . Majestic view and luxury experience.

Me and family would like to thank the very kind staff for giving us consideration to check in early since we arrived around 10am. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I would like to suggest to the hotel management if they can control the non parking area. Some of the guest parked and blocked the access elevator entrance.

Buffet is much better than the other similar category hotel. Multi cuisines available here and the taste is very good.
Sea food is also tasteful. If I don't mention about deserts then it will be injustice, it is also very tasty.
Ambience is good and staff is very helpful and cooperative.

Rooms are clean and suitable for family. But I would rate worst for service. We booked 2 bed room suite for 2 adults and 2 kids and we paid exorbitantly high price. When we checked in we got room only for 3 person. 1 room with king size bed and 2nd room with 1 single bed. We tried calling the reception and out of 20+ tries they picked up the call and send us an extra bed which was not worth for the money we paid. Poor service at the reception. When we complained about this, it was just a sorry for what happened. With regards to calls to the hotel during our travel from Bahrain to Jubail to confirm the booking / late checkin and they asked us to call back and we got fed up of calling.
