The hotel location is excellent with very nice view over the marina and walking distance from beach. It is a good option for families as it has a pool and playing area for the kids. Breakfast was tasty and exceeded my expectations. One draw back is that the pool did not have a lifeguard. This is essential in such area full of kids. At check in they refused to give me 15 % discount from Ashanak application although I believe im eligible for this discount based on what it was mentioned in the application. I booked two apartments with different views and different price, however, they gave me two apartments with same view. I asked the receptionist why there is a difference in the rate although it has similar view. They saied because the furniture is different.

Great rooms! A perfect place to stay with family & friends. Rooms are spacious with great ambiance & view. The balcony was perfecr for sightseeing. They also have a pool. However, amenities could be improve.

(The property is great BUT not managed well) - Payment confirmation is confusion for them if you book vis a third party. - Despite they call themselves “apart’ hotel” they ask for Bond amount during check in and has to be paid by card then will be returned by cash “furnished apart’ old system”. - They ask you during check out “have you consumed anything from bar” either you confirmed “No” their answer is “we will have to check ourselves” WHY YOU ASK ME THEN! - You have to wait for their checking time to get your bond back. I left the bond for them anyway!

Spacious, clean rooms. they were kind enough to upgrade the partial sea view to a full sea view room. Everything else was perfect, except after checking out I was notified I had to pay for the empty mini bar that had nothing when checking in, that part was confusing.

Me and family would like to thank the very kind staff for giving us consideration to check in early since we arrived around 10am. Hotel room was clean and spacious. I would like to suggest to the hotel management if they can control the non parking area. Some of the guest parked and blocked the access elevator entrance.
