I stayed in this hotel 30 days. I think it is me who would have something to say about this place. Staff were always kind, I want to thank them all. The best thing about Dammam Palace is the breakfast served there. It was always pleasure for me to find alternatives including fruits, chilli meals and pancake/waffle with cheese and olive. I took many photos of these poetic combinations. They provide washing/laundry service, which is good, but was a little bit expensive for me. The nigth I checked in, there were no towels. I requested the following morning. They put it, but did not change them for the whole month, or changed only once. I am not really aware whether they changed it. An average 3-star hotel in Turkey replaces your coffee/tea cup on a daily basis. I realized in several days they only wash and put the cup back, please start to replace it for better hygene. The hotel always smelled good, I liked their odour. There have been days they put no water in the room. Thinking that I stayed there in August, come on, this is not good! There have been some days wastes were not collected. But people were always warm. Another problem they need to solve is the door lock system. I stayed on the 3rd floor and had to go down to reception and come up to my room on the 3rd floor three times! Once I spent 30 minutes to go into my room as the door battery syatem did not allow me to go in. Please find.some way to deal with it. In overall, I highly recommend this place. But, don't expect a flawless stay here. There is a Lulu Market just 750 meters away, and they have anything including nice Indian food, fruit assortments and so on. Thanks to everyone serving us during our stay there.

Dammam palace is located in King Fahd road at crowded place far from centre of Dammam. It is bed and breakfast hotel. Room are nice but not large. On the second floor is gym and massage area. Generally this hotel is Ok. In my offer price of breakfast was included.

We had been for Eid lunch on Monday but the quantity of food was very less.we were 5 persons and the food was like arranged for 2 person only.The service was so poor and I never recommend any to visit again because we were requesting for each meal and they refused to provide also. 89 person is not at all worth.we loosed
