Close to Taksim square, with a beautiful lobby. My room (1776) was Bosphorus view but had a few obstacles, I don’t know if the rest were better. Concierge service was very helpful.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the welcome and attention of Mr. Salih at the reception and the cleanliness of the rooms made us feel at home. They did everything to make us comfortable during our family stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

First time staying here at this beautiful hotel, the service has been high quality, and everyone is very very friendly! Loved coming here and going to their restaurant on the top floor, the view is to die for! Highly recommend staying at this hotel during your stay in Istanbul. You are also in a good location for some shopping around

One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left we were looked after by the wonderful hotel staff.
The charming Mr Berkhan made sure our rooms were up to scratch and even treated us to a complimentary Turkish Tea which tasted exquisite. He certainly deserves a pay rise for his exceptional level of hospitality.
My only criticism was the lack of choices in the breakfast buffet. However, this did not deter us from enjoying our stay.
We loved the hotel so much that we struggled to leave. If it wasn't for the beautiful sights of Istanbul we could have stayed in the hotel throughout the entire holiday.

Prime location, great service and very helpful staff.
We had a great time and enjoyed the exceptional food and service for a week.
Rooms are clean and well maintained.
Bathroom was clean and nicely designed to high standards.
Access to almost all tourist attractions very easy by taxi or a short walk to Ferry terminals and train station.
Highly recommended specially in high season.
