I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Antony Devan during my recent stay at your hotel. He was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. His attention to detail was impressive, and he made sure that everything was in order before leaving my room.
Antony's friendly demeanor and professional attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. He took the time to listen to my requests and made sure that I was completely satisfied with his service. I truly appreciate his efforts and would like to commend him for his outstanding work.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the lobby interior. Plenty of underground parking across three dedicated floors so don't worry about parking your car in the scorching sun. The room was modern and more than anything very functional which helped me to turn it to an office whenever needed. Internet was also of good speed. Ordered room service and loved their range of salads. The swimming pool deserves a shout out because it's temperature controlled. They also had Jacuzzi, Sauna and steam in their gym floor at no cost. The restaurant served breakfast and had a good spread. I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Riyadh because this hotel deserves it.

Hands down, the best business hotel in Riyadh. This hotel exceeded my expectations from all fronts. I arrived early due to my flight timings and the team was kind to provide early check-in. The room was well cleaned and well maintained. The bed quality was excellent which helped me recover my jet lag in a matter of hours. I dined all three meals at the hotel for most of my stay and loved their food. They had a nice variety and good taste. Being a football fan, you don't miss out on the action as they have giant TVs in the cafe terrace which runs the matches daily. Most of all, the staff there deserve a round of applause for their professionalism and friendliness. See you again soon.

Have been staying at Crowne plaza since more than a year now and staying here almost every week. The staff here is very friendly and go out of their way to help in the best way possible. Rafiq at the lobby is always smiling while he welcomes you in the hotel and makes you feel at home. Special mention to the housekeeping staff Venkat and Anthony who always do their best to keep your room clean beyond your expectations. Really like staying at this hotel.

Crown Plaza Minhal is a great place with affordable prices. Rooms quality and standard of service is great, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast restaurant was value for money with huge variety of options to eat from and extremely courteous staff, well maintained from a hygiene perspective. Highly recommended ?
