Overall stay was excellent and superb. It was awesome stay. Very nice property and maintained excellent. Hospitality is to the core. Breakfast buffet is wide varieties and food is tasty. One small suggestion is inroom when we were staying for 2 days they not provide dental kit and they are not checking it at all. Reception (kathib) team are awesome and good in welcoming.. One of the bellboy Carlton was very nice and helping

The hotel is very nice, very clean. The room was good enough for one person. Dinner bed and breakfast rate: food was very good: chefs from Jordan and Egypt. Very, very good food. Location: Lots of Egyptians and Syrians around this area of Riyadh, which I like. I will come back.

Food and services are great, fresh baked goods and fresh food, amazing tea and coffee I always ask for an extra cup to go. there’s one man his name tag says Kareem, he’s absolutely amazing and welcoming I wish I can tip him every time I see him he makes me feel like home. I stayed for a month there so I have a pretty good idea.

Excellent hotel from the word go. Check in pleasant. Wanted to change my room category no problem at all. Clean well kept and crisp. Staff welcoming and professional. Excellent ginger coffee at coffee shop. Wanted to delay my check out very accomodating. Definitely the place to stay in Riyadh.

My experience has been nothing short of wonderful!! The rooms, facilities and amenities are of superb quality, the food (breakfast) is amazing and I’m sure both lunch and dinner are the same, it has nearly everything a person could be looking for in a hotel.
The cleaning and staff are definitely the differentiating factors in this hotel, never have I ever been treated with this level of respect and positivity in any other hotel ever.
Special thanks to Diasroshan and Hisbullah, amazing crew, definitely deserve a raise
