The hotel is well kept and the service team is great. The reception staff could smile a bit and be a little more welcoming. As a Gold Bonvoy member I would at least expect a smile when checking in. Housekeeping does a great job with the rooms and the overall property. The location is on Olaya which is a busy street which also is accessible to many food and shopping destinations.

Excellent Hotel and staff close to the heart of Riyadh. Large modern rooms with tea/coffee making facilities with 2 double beds (at least our room had this). Very good reception staff and the breakfast caters for all tastes. Delicious. Well recommended.

A good 4-star option for business stay. It is located at the conjunction of Olaya & King Fahd Roads. Staff was courteous and the place is well maintained.

Great service, especially from the bellboys and doormen. The reception is good as well, appreciation for MB elite members. But the rooms and interiors are a bit older. Decent breakfast

This is a basic 4 star hotel. Rooms are decent. Food quality can be improved. Location is great as it is within walking distance to the Kingdom Tower and Al Tahlia Street which has a large selection of restaurants and coffee shops.
