Staff is nice. I was eligible for upgrade but didn’t get it! No business lounge. Breakfast is nice, well located.
I stayed in many other Marriott hotels in Riyadh, i wouldn’t call this my favorite.

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the great service, location and hospitality of the front desk staff. Would probably never stay in another hotel in Riyadh. The front desk staff always try to accommodate all of your requests and if they can’t, they always offer alternatives. Looking forward to going back next week!

The funny thing is that for early bookings they charge more and the later bookings they charge less. The reservations team is rude and unconsiderate, and even if you book with them for an entire year, they won't respond to your emails because they no longer interest them. I had made four reservations at this hotel.Lesson learned: always ask for the usual corporate rates and check that the system is functioning properly.

This has always been one of my best choices for quick business trips. Rooms are spacious, staff is very courteous and attentive and the location is very convenient. The staff makes every effort to address your needs and follow a nice proactive approach to make sure guests are well taken care of. The rooms are well equipped with amenities, drinking water and occasionally with a refreshing fruit basket and welcome treats. The price varies according to season and availability but if you manage to reserve a room at an affordable price then look no more for a great value deal.

The hotel overall is a little disappointing
The rooms are great, spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of power outlets and USB charging ports. The bathroom is big and shower pressure is good. Internet speed is good.
Gym very small, I was there early morning with 3 other guests and we were literally bumping into each other the whole time.
The food is the biggest disappointment, not what I expect from Marriott at the money I paid. Breakfast variety was OK, but dishes were poorly made and wasn't delicious at all.
I had cake at the coffee shop in the lobby and it was stale.
