It’s a pretty good hotel, wonderful service and cleaning alongside the laundry service, and the workers are great, especially aminul islam. And the location is great and close to other services.

I would advise every prospective guest seeking comfort and satisfying fun to simply book them!
The management and workers are beyond excellent. Not only the workers friendliness and resourcefulness, they are great/easy to work with and genuine, the rooms are amazingly decorated to suit Individual guest desire for comfort.
Also their health and wellness services which are undoubtedly topnotch with the best modern facilities been made available to give guest desirable relaxation and fun needed. I just would encourage everyone to book them and follow their simple and effortless guide aimed at ensuring a peaceful and memorable stay...

One of the best hotel I visited in Jeddah. Specially the house keeping was really helpful and the rooms was very clean. Thank you for the housekeeping staff, Rasel and Jshaq.

My visit was only to try the breakfast buffet. Everything was beautiful in terms of clean, organization, quality and taste of the food. The most beautiful thing about the buffet was the service of Mr. Kismat, he was of the highest morals and helpfuly. Despite the lack of variety in the buffet items, the taste and service provided by Mr. Kismat is worthing to repeat the experience.. Thank you very much, Mr. Kismat.

we stayed here for 2 days. we traveled from Toronto Canada to Jeddah, we were amazed by the service and cleanliness. The hotel is modren and rooms are very specious clean and bright, located very conveniently most of Jeddah attractions. Breakfast was very good and we must say thanks to one of their captain Mohammad Shahin, who was fantastic and very professional gentleman. We request from him one special hot tea an he made for us very special tea. He was very polite and help full during or entire stay,.
We also want to say thanks to room service staff specially Noman, Alamgir and Ishak, they all were very helpful for all our needs. Receptionist girl was also very sweet and helpful and nice. I give all staff 10/10. Keep it up good work....
