Not a luxury line, but if you are in need to reserve in it, the staff is so friendly and flexible and you will be comfortable..
And it’s clean in general, but the restaurant might need to clean the table set after customers..

Spacious room, bit old but clean & well maintained, Service was poor, they haven't came for pickup from airport, I almost waited for 2hrs

Good location with restaurants, fast foods, convenience stores, coffee shops laundry shops around, Easy check in process with helpful reception staff. Rooms not soundproof, fire bell always sounds even in the middle of the night and loud. Low Water pressure in the shower 3rd floor room. Frequent power interruption. Small TV and cable channels limited. Floor carpets may need replacement/improvements. Breakfast is acceptable, but may need improvement. Gym is available and sufficient. There's an ATM machine at the lobby.

The rooms are normal, me and my family had a wedding in the wedding hall, the ac was extremely cold, it was bellow freezing, the staff were so nice to turn higher the temperature but it kept becoming even colder, please get that check, it ruined my experience, the parking is so bad, the staff busses and the hotel guest parking is the same the parking is far away from the hotel, its extremely small, and it barely fits any car because of the busses, i would like to thank Mr.Hani Zain and Mr.Mohammad from sales department

Food is great. Room is not so clean. The receptionist ask me to go down 30 minutes before the bus service came to bring me to airport but waited for 1 hour at the lobby.
