Room are too old.
Reception was not friendly and nervous.
There was no place to park near the door.
Some construction work.
Furniture was cheap .
I would not have to go there anymore even if it is free.

Really bad, just read a few reviews some reviews look like they are paid and the rest are 1 star, not logical
if you are looking for cheap hotels, there are hotels just to the side and opposite these don't come on Google maps so if you go and talk they will give you a price, atleast will be better than this
The manager is not good, fat guy with clean shave, charges me 300 SAR for coming in 4 hours early but also tells me to leave early not even giving me 24 hours stay and over charging
And these people can't talk ENGLISH AND OPERATE a hotel in the diplomatic quarter
