The water got cold when showering and I waited but there was no more hot water!!
There was smoke smell in the room and toilette even though I had a non-smoking room.
There was no breakfast during Ramadan.

This place is just a quick sleep before meetings kind a place. Only good for quick nap for business travel, nothing less and nothing more. The breakfast is fair for a day start but nothing fancy at all.

It has consistently been my preferred choice whenever I visit the area, it’s neat and clean! I want to extend my gratitude to the entire reception team, particularly highlighting Sara, whose exceptional customer service and warm welcoming demeanor truly stood out. For a 3 stars hotel it does very well the job. Room is spacious and there is american/canadian electric plug, no Iron in the room, you should ask, and during rush hour it is better to walk to the main street to get uber. Overall nice experience

Worst hotel in Riyadh. I don’t recommend it. My plan was to stay for 3 days but I changed my mind when the female receptionist treated me in a rude way. When I asked her to see the manager, she laughed and said he is has day off , the forced me to leave with saying bad words. I’ve never seen a receptionist like her. Shame on the manager. You better select good staff who deserve this position before you put the in front of the customer.
