Braira Qurtubah Hotel

Awful Experience ! I booked a Deluxe room in the hotel for 3 days. On the second day before moving out for work , I had personally told the Housekeeper to clean my room and change the toiletries. In fact I informed to make my room at the reception too. I had even pressed the "Make my Room" button. At the reception I Had complained that the weighing scale wasn't working and to check the coffee machine . I come back in the night to see my room in the same condition. Poor Customer Service , Late Response , Poor Resolution Time. Upon asking the room service I was told the room would be cleaned , only the next morning. So called 4 Star Hotel - Surprising , isn't it ? The room was good look wise only , however the Toilet area is too narrow. The Toilet Seat clearance towards the wall is extremely low and the faucet access is bad. Not worth the Price you pay for. Aweful Aweful Experience !! If I had an option to rate ZERO stars , I would definitely opt for it.

Very welcome staff and helpful, the size of room was good... The cleanliness was satisfy. luxury brand hotel.. I didn’t faced any problem.. Some of people not satisfied with being in hotel room with out windows but for me I think that’s good because the view and the weather does not help..

The actual hotel is in need of an overhaul and some maintenance. The gym lacks a decent variety of equipment, the pool's tiles are falling out and the prices in the restaurant are quite expensive (apart from the specials). The Internet isn't the best but when the hotel is full, that's to be expected. The staff however are a different matter entirely. Nothing is too much and they will do absolutely anything for you. They get to know their customers and the manager Mohammed is a friendly and supportive guy who is clearly respected by his staff and that shows. Is it the best hotel I've stayed in? Certainly not. Would I stay here again? Without a shadow of a doubt!

One of the best experience in Riyadh. I stayed in different (including 5 stars) hotels in Riyadh but Braira Qurtubah is by far the best one. Clean, the personal are very helpful, kind and always there to support. The restaurant is also excellent. Congrats for your services. Pantelis

The food at Braira Hotel Qurtubah is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the people there is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
