Ain't a 4 star hotel material.
Went in to check out at 6 pm and the room wasn't still ready. And guess what you need to have SAR 100 cash for the mini bar, to be deposited without any receipt. Found it weird. Front desk was too slow.
Staff overall was nice. But the housekeeping staff was continuously chatting near my Room 113 until I have to give them a shutup call.
The good thing was F&B manager Sunil who was very accomodating and knows his deal. Was managing the restaurant section very well.
Overall a nice place to stay but like others said nothing to view around the hotel plus no windows to look out. AC was very noisy for sure.

Apparently there are 3 rooms in the hotel with noice in its ACs (I was at 107). I asked the reception for another room, they moved me from a king size bed to twin beds. As a customer I see this as a downgrade. Professional hotels upgrade their customers. However, I took the room and it’s going to be my last time with Braira or Boudl. #edit (Next day: they moved me to unit 106 (twin size beds) the window behind the curtain was open and around 10 AM I started to smell the sewerage).

Yesterday, I came to have a dinner at Braira Qurtubah with my family.
We usually enjoy your food but this time it was disappointing. Unfortunately, this time the range you offered was poor, and not really in accordance with the theme of the Tex-Mex theme, no sauces to accompany the meat which was dry or overcooked.
However, we would like to thank you for the hospitality and services quality, which was excellent.
We are hoping that you would keep your food quality, range intact and take action regarding the bad dining experience we have had.

Small rooms, no window , check in/out procedures were very slow (30 mints waiting)
Rooms were clean, nice , tidy and comfortable

Nice hotel but most rooms have no windows! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is average with expected prices.
Health facilities are okay, pool is good and Sauna / Steam room great..
If there were windows externally and a better price placed menu then it would be a 4 star.
