Greetings, we had very nice meeting at IFTAR for our all our employees, location and arrangements of the buffet with many selection good, but the main issue is with the food tast, quality and refill of the plats.

Nice hotel, tasty food, clean rooms and public area. But unfortunately, front office staff were little bit aggressive and not welcoming at all I felt like I was obtrusive person. And for other staff like bell-boys and service team for the restaurant they were very shy and not engaging with the guest at all even if I greet them they will reply in very low and shy voice which made me feel uncomfortable. and for room service it was very very very slow that I had to go out of my room and take water from the nearest room boy by myself! and that goes for any other request I asked for.
Over all rating: 5/10 and I will visit them again to check how much they respond to the guest comments.
