It's my first time in Riyadh and I'm glad a chooses this hotel for my stay, great receptionist and so welcoming vibe everywhere, the breakfast buffet is good and tasty, the prices are great and the room service is nice.
Highly recommended if you want a place near the airport and some great cafes and restaurants around you ???

Bad service. I phoned the unified number to enquire about the suhoor menu. I was told Yarmouk and 2 other branches have the suhoor offer. However when I arrived the receptionist was cluess and so was the waiter at the cafe. They did not know what I was talking about.
This is unacceptable behaviour from the call centre and staff!

The hotel is nice and has access to King Abdullah main road. It has a pharmacy below and a market. Cleanliness is good, yet room service fixes the bed sheets only (doesn’t tidy up your stuff).
The beds are really comfy and the shower is amazing in the bigger rooms.
The experience overall was good.

Very bad & terrible experience and last time to visit this Braira hotel or hustle I’m strongly not recommending such place and unprofessional service.
