Overall it is good
but the car reception space in front of the gate is not available and that olaya street where the hotel is located is not much vide and so busy
it's very difficult to pick and drop the guest there

The hotel location is in the middle off town. we got good customer service. Rooms are well maintained. Sometimes it’s overpriced.

Microwave not working. Stove not working. Kettle barely works. Rooms are difficult to control temperature (too cold sometimes).
Staff service is 1/10, absolutely horrible management. You have to ask 10 times to get what you need (water, towels etc).
Highly do not recommend coming here.

The hotel location is amazing a walking distance from Tahlia street and a road crossing from faisaliah mall and tower
Sadly the rooms and service are not worth the rates
Staff lack hospitality training
Rooms are a tad outdated
Housekeeping seems to require you asking for your room to be cleaned though this is not announced on check in
Finding parking is impossible
