Extremely happy with my stay. I changed to this hotel after a bad experience in another 5* hotel and the Assila Luxury Collection Hotel in Jeddah made it up for the bad experience of my ever first night in Jeddah in the other hotel. Very big rooms, sparkling clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I couldn’t check out more than this. Coming back for sure!

My experience at this Hotel has always been excellent. From the friendly/helpful doorman who greets you when you arrive, to the entire staff at the hotel who always makes you feel welcomed. The cleanliness and furnishing of the rooms are at a high caliber. An amazing business lounge that is well equipped and quiet - perfect place to do some work or books meeting rooms. Everything is available from a fully equipped gym (if you feel like exercising), an amazing restaurant on the 20th floor (if you are craving some good food) to a pool if you just want to relax. With all of this mentioned, the best part about staying in this hotel is the outstanding service. All the staff were kind and helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Amani at the Lobby reception who is always helpful and made sure that I always felt welcomed at the Hotel. She deserves all the praise she can get.

I am an Elite Bonvoy member and for over three weeks I have been politely asking the hotel to provide me credit for the nights I stayed at the hotel. Promises have been made and not kept up and now they are ignoring me. What kind of loyalty are they looking to build? If you are a regular traveler like me these are the things that truly matter.

Atmosphere was nice at the 20th floor, however, the restaurant had 5 or 6 types of dessert and we tried 2 types. Kunafa with cheese & Eash Al saraya with Cream. It was a very bad experience that we couldn’t eat them both. We have informed them to ask the chef to improve. Hopefully, they will pass the message. Good luck

My experience was started from the doorman service and my special gratitude to him and his team.
The lounge was very nice and calm for a business meeting. Liked the coffee ☕️ quality. And the service was friendly but they must take care of the cup once they delivered it it was split on the plate. But it’s Ben solved immediately.
And the prayer ?? room must be taken care of it. From many things clean and the distance was away from all other facilities. They can take care of it like all other things related. That was my two concerns.
The atmosphere and the vibes was good.
