Really enjoyed my stay in this amazing hotel, the best one in Jeddah so far in terms of cleanliness, Ambiance & welcoming attitude .. definitely I’ll come again.. special thanks to all great people working there ( Gatekeepers, assistants, receptionists “ specially that cute girl who I didn’t recall her name ? “ and the one who helped me to reach my uber ! Great hotel in everything, nearly perfect. The breakfast was healthy and delicious.
Wished they had someone to escort me to the room and show how to turn the lights off.
Parking wise you have to leave the main building to a small one, imagine going thare that at check out time under the ☀️.

I would have to say, the staff are amazing, they will go above and beyond to please! No matter what! The rooms are really nice and comfortable… the details of this hotel is just amazing. Location, your near everywhere.
The hotel needs to work more on their food quality only. Other then that everything is perfect

Perfect accommodation. The room is spacious, very clean, fresh smell,attractive interior, excellent wifi, perfect IPTV. Moreover the bathroom experience is wonderful, rain shower, bathtub, and luxury amenities.
However, the mattress was not comfortable because it's for me very soft.
Perfect place to stay.

I stayed there with my husband and 3 year old son for over a month at the residence side. The first night we stayed at a smaller unit and then we asked for another one so they moved us to another unit which was way more spacious. We loved and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff were so friendly and considerate of our needs and patient with our son (especially during the buffet). The place was spotless clean and the kitchen has a microwave, stove, full-size fridge, oven, and a dishwasher. The windows are huge so you get an amazing view and a lot of sunlight. Our reservation included a breakfast buffet and it was good. We ordered room-service about ten times and we loved the variety of options their menu has.
Overall, this will definitely be our #1 choice whenever we are in Jeddah!
