I was upset at first because the AC was dripping but when contacted they fixed it immediately and offer an upgrade and a late check out. Everything was amazing and I couldn’t believe how i cant hear anything from the outside it was so good and quite

Was here for an event at Level 13 sky lounge and food prepared was very wonderful and colorful. The view towards Khobar tower was impressive and staff were really friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was so nice,staffs are nice and room was clean everything i needed was there. I stayed in premier suite and the view was awesome..highly recommended
Reception was very accomodating even the guards ..once you arrived infront of the entrance people will come to assist you..Highly recommended

Amazing place. Good service and the staff is very helpful.
Great help from Saad and Nahla. They are highly amazing people and good support. Took care of everything that was required.

Dry welcoming staff, not our first time as a family and definitely not our last time. Team very fast to respond to guests needs and very clean spacious apartments.
