June 28, 2023. Eid Holiday. ROOM 1003, AC in the room is weak. I have complained it twice, first at 6pm. And then again at 1:30am in the middle of the night because we were sweating. The room was so hot you don't need to put on a blanket to sleep. Amazing. Keep it up.

Ascott Corniche's location is superb with all the restaurants and cafes right downstairs.
To thank some of the people making my stay wonderful:
Mr Ahmed Jarad (sales) for being a great help with all our booking needs. When our unit was facing wifi issues, he quickly arranged for it to be fixed when we raised it up to him.
Mr Biju - for always showcasing hospitality by greeting warmly when we meet. He also takes initiative to bring items being delivered up when he is on duty!
Mr Halal - for making sure that our room is tidy and will help to top up any of the items requested. He also shared items to keep the kitchen organised.

The place is welcoming. The service is very good. The staff are polite and act on your request quickly. I am pleased with the housekeeping and Ali was good. Khalid from the reception is excellent. Overall stay is very good.
