If I would give more than 5 stars I would have done. Excellent hotel, clean rooms, good location, check in was done in less than 5 minutes.

Had a wonderful time during the Ramadan Eid holidays in 2024. The personnel was polite and accommodating, and the rooms were kept clean. I'm planning a return visit in December with my family, and I'll tell everyone to stay here if they want a nice, delightful experience.

Very good place to stay with family.
Easy access to markets and shopping malls and shuttle service to Haram.
Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Hello guys
If you are travelling to Makkah for Umrah and looking for a good hotel in low budget then this will be the best option for you
I stayed there 6 nights with my family and we are fully satisfied with there service
Whenever you will call them for the room service or for any kind of maintenance they will reach you in Minutes
They have free shuttle to Haram for Prayer times
I never used there bus service because I had my own car
They have free car Parking
There are many restaurants nearby
Pakistan restaurant ( Faisal Hotel on walking distance around 15 minutes walk )
Highly recommended
Whenever I will visit Makkah I would like to stay again in this hotel
