Al Rayan Towers Hotel

I like the full size glass wall, the room temperature, the comfy beds and pillows, And a whole floor dedicated to the Mosque and the restaurant. But their Room service is the worst, first of all you have to call them for cleaning every single time, and when they come for cleaning, your store bought toothpaste, brush, mouth wash, face wash, body wash all disappear from the bathroom. And the tea bags they provide are crumbled and unpacked, the stick for tea is also unpacked. And you have to ask them for water and paper cups every single time. My parents said, we don't ask, if it's complimentary, it's up to them. And I had to remind them several times, we have booked for three adults. Yet they provided two towels, two water bottles and two cups.

It’s a big hotel. But their service is not satisfied. I visited the hotel last week. But their rooms were not cleaned as I used to stay. There was a problem in the washroom. The bathroom flash was not perfect.

Its a decent and neat place to stay in mecca, rooms are clean and well maintained, their breakfast buffet is best priced and tasted good too.

I'm staying here from 30 Jul 19 for about one month. Due to Hajj days, hotel is over crowded. I'm also staying for Hajj. Hotel's construction is good. Once we came to hotel, towels were placed on each bed. Toilet was equipped with tissue rolls, shampoo and soap. However, management refused to replenish tissues; also soap are replenished after number of requests. Shampoo never replenished and about towels, I asked from the reception, and they said that they don't have other towels to replenish or replace the dirty/used towels. So customers are forced to wash even the towels provided by hotel. Large hall common for 4 towers of hotel has been converted into grand mosque temporarily for Hujjaj. 6 persons are being accommodated in the room of 2. But I guess, it's common for all hotels during Hajj season.

Stayed almost 28 days. Hotel has no cleaning schedule. Reported many times but cleaning staff did not came. Cleaning was done only 2 times in stayed duration. Cleaning staff behavior was a bit rude. Lifts were crowded. Bedsheets and towels were replaced just once on repeating requests. No replanishment for consumables. Don't even provided toilet paper.
