We weren’t able to get there due to the roads being closed for the Qiddiya project. We tried two ways using wikiloc and gaia. If anyone has a route please post here otherwise guys don’t waste your time you might not be able to get there.

This place is closed for the public. Went there first week of November 2021 and was stopped at a boom gate by a security officer and got turned around.

This is very dangerous Hospital I know a child became blind on both eyes and stopped speaking and walking as a result of medical treatment at this hospital (King Faisal Specialist and Research Center Hospital).
Be careful.
