Это одно из лучших мест для отдыха в священном городе Мекка. Номера такие опрятные и чистые. Отель замечательный, и Харам находится всего в 10 минутах от отеля. Возьмите такси за 10 сар от отеля. Отлично для посещения умры и хаджа. Вид из отеля был потрясающим и привлекательным. Интерьер - атмосфера, а завтрак такой вкусный и восхитительный. В них есть вареные яйца, блины, смешанный салат, различные фрукты и многое другое. Отель Violet расположен в отеле Violet Hotel Aziziyah, Мекка.

Rude and careless staff I booked a week ago, and check-in is from 2 pm; I arrived at 5 pm. They told me that the room is not ready! I argued that I booked ahead and came 3 hours after check-in time! But no apology, no explanation from the lady at the front desk.. she told me to come after 15 min.. 30 min later, still the room is not ready! I asked how much time it'll take, another lady at the front desk told me that she could not say exactly!! I had to go to Haram with my exhausted wife and kids and come back in the night. In the night, I met another receptionist who was yawning at me with a very careless attitude. Finally, we accessed the room. In the morning, I asked for an iron, I called the front desk twice, and I asked 3 different room service employees. Nothing happened! Just promises that ok we will send it. At noon, after waiting for so long, I lost hope and checked out with crumbled clothes! After 10s reviews, this is my first negative review about the staff and management, not the facilities.

Good location and rooms. Service is above average but I still recommend it. Bus service to Haram is available along the day. And public transportation to Haram are also available on the other side. There are few restaurants around it (about 3).

Hotel is very good. Very good breakfast. Service is not prompt location is far from Haram but sometimes shuttle help.

They don't even bother to clean room we even asked them to clean. cleaning guy said you have to talk to front desk for room service we don't have authority to do so, my husband went to the front desk lady before asar prayer to ask her room service when we came back after Isha room was same how we left it. this is our third day here with dirty room and full bins. very bad service.

The hotel worth more than it price. I'm really impressed. I encourage visitors to choose there as their destination. I will surely be there insha Allah during my subsequent visit. I will take this opportunity to also thank the reception for their warm welcome, in fact I like their services with no exclusion. The only problem I have is the laundry. They don't pick call I have to call the reception before getting their service
