Kids pool, the food and most of all the luxurious hotel stay and accommodation. Exceeds all standards of expectation. Staff are well trained , patient, polite and professional.

This hotel is totally value for money I stayed two nights Very good room with nice view Good breakfast especially danish pastry i will miss it Very Good and welcoming crowd/guests staying along Every hour there is shuttle service to haram Allhamdulliah i am happy

The hotel worth more than it price. I'm really impressed. I encourage visitors to choose there as their destination. I will surely be there insha Allah during my subsequent visit. I will take this opportunity to also thank the reception for their warm welcome, in fact I like their services with no exclusion. The only problem I have is the laundry. They don't pick call I have to call the reception before getting their service

What an amazing and memorable experience we have during our stay. I wanted to take this opportunity to commend a couple of your employees Amr at front desk in fact he is the guys who one size fit all and Abdullah in a resturant here at Violet Al Azizia at Mecca. We were greeted with a big warm smile and kind words. Amr and Abdullah was so personable and in a positive mood. Their pleasant interaction with me and my family members are a shining example of good customer service at the front desk. My interaction with Amr at quickly acknowledge me and wiling to do what I request for, he is so friendly that even if, I didn;t get what I request for, no issue from my end. this is so humbling to see when staff members like Amr and Abdullah take their time and try to accommodate all my request to make our stay so memorable. I know I’m only sharing my experience but there’s no way that others don’t feel the positive impact with Amr and Abdullah. I observe Amr interacting with other guests and employees in the same warm manner. Both guys seems to always go out of his way to assist guests; answering questions and pointing them in the right direction. Amr and Abdullah are the reason for guest like me highly recommend this hotel to my family/friends.
