This hotel has the best service I have ever seen, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. Especially the manager Rias in the dining hall, took great care of us. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Makkah.

An overall good hotel. However, the breakfast is very poor for a 5 star hotel. I was surprised to witness a very very basic breakfast equivalent to 3 star hotels. Juices are not natural, quality is mediocre, no diversity, done-with-plates are not removed until you call the attention of staff. In addition, we had to request a second toothbrush, slipper etc that was supposed to be present knowing guest numbers ahead of time. thus not a great value for the high prices paid.

The most beautiful location I’ve ever seen in my life. The staff were friendly, especially the kitchen & F&B crew are amazing. We got fully served with delicious foods since the first time we arrived at the hotel. In addition, the room was beyond comfortable. Thank you for the experience. Hopefully one day, I will come back here with my family🩷

First time and will not be the last inshaa Allah, Luxury Hotel , fantastic view with the best hospitality and service, Great car parking , Thanks to All employees working in this Hotel for the friendly and welcoming hospitality. The only negative thing I had was the room service price which is a really overpriced. I highly recommend…

Loved my stay here! The restaurant for dinner was fantastic. The service and food were superb! It was a pleasant experience. Jameel, Mohamed and Chef Ahmed really went above and beyond to make our experience worthwhile. Totally underrated restaurant!
