Disappointing customer service
I am a regular customer of this chain and I must say that the service level at the Makkah branch is very poor. Every time we go there, we have to remind them to bring proper knives and forks for steaks, but they always bring plastic ones. On my last visit, the waiter refused to bring a steak knife and said they only had one (we ordered 3 stakes).
When I complained to another waiter, he brought me three knives but only two forks. When I finally complained to the manager, he simply said that their customers were satisfied with plastic knives. I asked him if he had ever eaten a steak with a plastic knife, but he replied that he doesn't eat steaks.
This is the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced, and I eat at fine-dining restaurants twice a week.
My usual bill at this restaurant is between SAR400 and 700 each time. I came here because I like stakes and it's near to my home. I bring all my guests here but considering their lack of interest in really serving the customers, I have to find a better alternative.
I hope the restaurant owners see this message and take action against their unprofessional employees and managers (Makkah branch) who are ruining their investment and reputation.
