Нандо. Афро-португальская кухня. История гласит, что когда два друга, Фернандо Дуарте и Роберт Брозин, посещают афро-португальский ресторан Chickenland в Йоханнесбурге, Южная Африка, они пробуют курицу с соусом пери-пери и влюбляются в его вкус.

Они купили ресторан и переименовали его в Nando's. в 1987 году. У них более 1200 торговых точек в 35 странах мира.

From the moment we entered, it was a very warm welcome. Menu’s are easy to navigate through and food is easy to chose. So we got a HOT level full chicken platter with 2 sides and 2 drinks. Sides being Garlic bread and the famous peri fries. The wait time was on average 15 mins even while there was lot’s of rush. The food was very hot, they took it off the grill and brought it to us. The drinks were amazing especially because crushed ice was added to it. From the moment we took our first bite all the way to the last one, not a single word was said. This being because the food was better than expected. The bill was 135 SAR, and it was worth every one of them. Make sure to tip your waiter! Ritesh was an amazing server, and he made sure to provide the fastest and best service possible.

Great service and good food. Hummus with shredded chicken was new for me but yummy. Few new dishes with many additional healthier options.I really appreciate that the sodas are no longer unlimited with meal platters to encourage healthier lifestyle.

It’s totally different than what the Red Sea Mall has! Welcoming is ok but taking time to have a waiter writing an order! In general the food wasn’t too bad but I was expecting more! As we adapted with UKs’ branches, each plate provides with sides specially PERI-PERI chips. In this branch, unfortunately they didn’t have at the time we were there. Hope they take good care for their Menu.
