I really don’t put hotel reviews as if you come to 5 stars you expect 5 stars and that is that. Normally things are not 100% but that is travel and we should make sure we don’t become the Karens for the industry….. except when I came to this hotel in Jeddah!!!! Wow, I am blown away at any standard, it is close to the airport, The decoration is gorgeous all top quality material. It is as if you are going into a royal Palace. The rooms are incredibly large with amazing decoration and facilities, high-tech and completely connected, including lights and blinds. Everything is up-to-date. The food was amazing. The breakfast was truly multi multi cuisines, that will serve any taste. The staff is very friendly and I wish I have more time just to sit and enjoy the treatment. This is a place that I will definitely come back to anytime I come visit the city. Thank you Casablanca hotel for incredible good job.

Came here as part of a layover in Jeddah … and it was a really good experience. The check in process was simple and the staff was super helpful. The rooms are quiet, clean and well appointed. I could get room service super late which was great since I got in on a late flight. The breakfast buffet was the highlight - food was soooooooo good. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel for Business but the service are not Fair comparing to room price. Beside that, the car parking is shared space on the other side of the street and is not marked (for each car plot)

WORST HOTEL IN JEDDAH! 1. Made an advance reservation, when I arrived in the hotel no room was ready for me. They kept on telling me that I need to wait until the guest checked out. I asked them when and how long, they rudely said they don’t know until when he is staying. 2. Went inside the restaurant while waiting To eat my lunch and they asked me to go out Because I need to pay first. 3. No coordination between the management and the employees. Worst experience ever. If I just can give 0 star, that’s what they deserve. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER……

I could give this hotel 1 star. Nobody could speak English, receptionists don’t have any idea about dining timing. The room is freaking cold, AC temperature going only down, I called 5 times and I’m waiting outside for 20 minutes, nobody is coming, my neighbor told about the same AC problem, that couldn’t be fix from yesterday. If you’ll chance book another hotel for yourself
