Ресторан лотоса - один из лучших ресторанов в Мекке, а ресторан лотоса находится в отеле Millennium, который является 5-звездочным отелем в Мекке. Высотное здание находится в 11 км от знаменитого колодца Замзам, ворот Аль-Салам и величественной мечети Масджид аль-Харам. Хороший отель с красивым оформлением, много мест, где можно посидеть в холле. В номерах и шикарных люксах есть бесплатный доступ к Wi-Fi, телевизоры с плоским экраном, мини-бары, сейфы и принадлежности для приготовления чая и кофе. У всего отеля была очень красивая эстетика, и номера были очень удобными. В некоторых есть кухни, столовые и/или отдельные гостиные.

My Travel Agent made the booking for my trip in the hotel recently the hotel is okay but not highly recommended and i can say i am working in hotels as a management and i feel this hotel management has lack of proper management and staff of bell man and security smoke at entrance door with uniforms and in room dining is okay less expensive and laundry was amazing they are very quick and fast and furious 😊 and bathrooms are very small and they gave me twin bed intensionally as i am alone also. I left trip advisor review however no one bothers to check or even reply and i work for Hilton hotel so next time i will prefer to go Hilton beyond staying hear.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at M Hotel and it was an exceptional experience! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and sleek decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed and all the amenities I needed. The location was also perfect, close to all the major attractions. But what really stood out was the excellent service - the team, led by the exceptional Manager Fawzi, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Mr Fawzi's attention to detail and personalized touch made all the difference. I highly recommend M Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay. 5 stars and can't wait to come back!

In my nine-day stay at the hotel, I experienced shortcomings in the room service department. Despite two requests for drinking water, none was delivered to our room. Additionally, some receptionists lacked proficiency in English, a surprising shortcoming for a five-star establishment. The hotel's transportation service was also lacking, with only two buses serving the property. Despite promising departures every ten minutes, wait times stretched up to 45 minutes at times. Despite these drawbacks, the room itself was well-maintained and cleaned every third day.

Everything was great about this hotel except for the lighting in the room. It was too dim plus a combination of both white and warm light was making it look more awkward. That is the only reason to give the room a 3 star. We had king bed room and it was quite spacious. The manager or the staff at the desk was kind enough to swap our 2 single beds with the king bed room.

we came here yesterday to stay for 11 days on Macca and millennium. Hotel room was very small for three people. It’s for two people room which one they converted into three bedroom you hardly move around. bathroom also is not good water leaking it look five star hotel room s is two star shuttle bus service they say on website take you 5 to 10 minutes. It took us 45 minutes to get there and coming back. Nearly 50 minutes is my first, and last time I’m going to stay in this hotel I went to talk to the manager he say all the room size the same if you rely on their shuttle system, you going to miss all the prayers they sitting here just making money nothing else
