This hotel staff is not nice. They pretend to talk on the phone with the manager when you need something done from them. We stayed for a few days there and had three people each in both rooms we booked. They gave us a king bed and expected us to fit three people in it. For one of the rooms they gave us a rollaway bed which was expensive and because of how expensive it was, for the second room one of us slept on the hard floor. They said we should have told them earlier because they charged us due to the “inconvenience” to their housekeeping to bring the rollaway bed the room. It’s a hotel and a hospitality business. They should be accommodating yet they are not. It’s so sad that’s how they want to make money. Will never stay here nor do I recommend this hotel. Also, location is far from the Haram. The walk is pretty rough. Even though there is shuttle service, the ladies fight to get on it.

Defining customer service can be tricky. However, upon our arrival from Madinah, we were informed that our room was furnished with two single beds. Despite our request for a double bedroom, considering we're a couple staying for six nights, they outright denied any adjustments. This was quite disheartening. The breakfast was decent, and the shuttle service was efficient, running every 10 minutes. The hospitality upon reception, however, was truly impressive.

I have been calling your hotel reservations dept and sending emails to them as well for the past week. The phone rings and cuts off. No one is responding to emails. I need a booking to be confirmed. Please advise how to proceed.

Why would I write it in your website I will write it here so everyone can see it!! Even though it was just opened in 2019 the rooms are not clean?? Even the dining area not clean as well!! And food collection is limited and the area is so small and overcrowded. the hotel is very far from alharm and the bus during Ramadan rush hours average waiting is more than one hour!!! Will not visit it again nor do I recommend it to anyone!

Since 1 hour, i try to call you and you guys are hanging up. I guess you can't speak English. But to hanging up all the time when you realize that you can't speak that's very rude and unprofessional. There's also not possible to send you a email to ask you my questions. Very poor and unprofessional! I got a randomly message from your computer, I can’t even respond!!! And this gentleman from front office who answer me, he doesn’t accessed !
