This hotel is very bad for a 4-star hotel. The room’s were not clean, especially the bathroom. The bathroom is not clean. The carpet had stains all over it. The hotel itself had an unpleasant smell. The food was also bad and very dry. Often times there would be no receptionist. Overall I will never return in my life.

It's 4 stars Hotel don't expect to much from them. They have clean room but you have to ask them to clean it. Their breakfast is very bad in terms of quality. They need to improve the quality of the food. The staff is very helpful especially the lady in the reception

Check in at 4:00 pm ???? We arrived around 12:15 pm and they refused to give us our room. By the way the employe on the reception with big cosmetic lips is bad and does not have a manner of dealing with customers.

I had a delivery to the hotel and was told to hand it to the person at the reception. The receptionist asked for my phone to scan the order and location (probably for security reasons)... she used my account to make a 5-star review on Google Maps, and she wrote the below: "Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5" But got to be honest, the reception area looks a bit too "fancy". So I gave it a star for rooms.

Staff are good miss Deena try her best to serve but the place is not good for living. Bad smell (sewerage) especially when switch on the Excust fan and parking issue. Finishing is bad too.
