They will not bring more than one towel. Only one. It will be clean, but yellowed from time and stories. Don't even expect to get a towel for your feet. - The condition of the rooms is nightmarish. I had to change three rooms. But it was in vain - they are all the same. - The rooms smell of old age and other people's vulgar dreams came true. Most likely there used to be smoking in the rooms I have an ashtray on the table. - I’m not sure is it safe to walk on the floor without shoes. Dried stains on the carpet and walls. - The condition of the plumbing deserves separate attention. The first time I tried to use the shower - I flooded the room because the faucet was leaking. As a result, I have to use the mobile Internet. - The maximally annoying thing is if you put up a "please do not disturb" sign - no one pays attention to it. The staff knocks on the room for any reason at any time. Today they brought me breakfast at 6am. - The food is likely to please your pets. Today the breakfast was spicy chicken with bean porridge, stale vegetables on the side, no drinks, not even water. By the way, they have no cutlery. Only disposable plastic spoons. I'm serious, they have no forks or knives. - There's a mosque right in front of the windows. The loudspeakers work perfectly. - If you go through a 5-day tourist quarantine at this hotel, don't even expect to know when the PCR testing staff will arrive. The staff doesn't know either. - The rooms are spacious enough. The linens look clean. - I hear they have a gym. I want to try it today. Wish me luck.

The hotel is located at downtown, rooms requires proper maintenance as funiture are falling apart. No towels in the room you have to request for before you get one delivered to your room.

The hotel is beautiful, but there is a note which is the bathroom doors. The bachelors rooms have glass doors and there is no lock. Also, the hotel is clean and very good

Awesome! I really appreciate to his management staff and receptionlist, It's very clean and comfortable for family, Also regarding to covid precaution is very good. I had a good experience with Swiss eye hotel.

The hotel was so bad, There are no sterilizers inside the rooms and no hygiene facilities against Corona. Most things in the room are full of dust and there are cockroaches. TV remote without batteries. The receptionist did not deal with my complaint and asked me to complain anywhere.
