Good hotel in Makkah for stay, good service and good facilities . Esprcially as butler service is unique and always go extra mile to make ur stay memorable. Thanks Will come back again

First I'd like to thank Mr.Ahmed Al-Otaibi for his kindness and the great treatment. Also the reception staff were helpful too i didn't have any trouble and I'd like to say that Al-kabba view is absolutely amazing the staff were nice and friendly thanks for the great experience.

I like staying here, the rooms are good, the food is also delicious, and I like the butler here, Mr. Rialis and and at the reception, the best are Ms. Ayah and Ms. Sarah. Hopefully she will get the best employee in the next month.
