Radisson Blu Resort, Al Khobar Half Moon Bay

Service is very bad and slow. Found INSECTS ON BED. Salty pool water. After they let us pay for the room they didn’t provide us with the extra bed so one of us had to sleep literally on the floor. Very high price for nothing. Below average overall view. No pool service nor bay service. The location is an hour away from the city with no close services in the area.

Don’t recommend this resort! Reception staff not helpful especially Rayan, we asked him to send someone to help with our luggage he said that it was self service as it is the hotel policy. The hotel not clean, breakfast is basic and the same every morning, the front door lock doesn’t work, and back door key does not work. All in all we did not have a comfortable stay.

It is bit far from city and if you don’t includes breakfast in booking than do it. Good view and normal rooms. Having access to limited beaches area. Swimming pools are another good options.

It was full worth of money. Each and every staff was very professional . Lifeguard Abdullah was very friendly with kids. I would like to say thanks to General Manager Mr. Saed and Sales Manager Mr. Wesam for making our stay memorable. The hotel have 3 swimming pool including kids pool .
