Pros: Very nice staff, clean rooms, reasonable prices, close to allot of shops and restaurant. Cons: The lights in the room kept bussing and making all sorts of noises! They forgot to check that there is no fridge in the room (was out for maintenance), the plug near the be was 120V plug and they hardly had parking.

It was very nice stay, I stayed there last week, the receptionist Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Nasser both Young Saudi gentlemen's were very welcoming at the time of arrival, i booked a smoking room by mistake and Mr. Mohammed was very helpful to switch me to a non smoking room. The restaurant had an employee named Areifan or something like that he was very friendly and helpful. Although, I didn’t like the old furniture and slow internet on premises, overall it was decent, I wouldn’t recommend it for family stays, although I would recommend it as a business hotel because it was full of business employees.

Indian working in reception He is not good His name is *Mahdi* He is not respect the gest I said to him I will make a complaint He said *I don’t care* !!!!!! Rest of employees good particularly the employee in reception Mr Abdlazez alharbi & Mr Nasr alyami

A hotel staff will either make you or break you. Great receptionist, impeccable house keeping who kept my room clean everyday without even asking plus replenishing my tea and water supply. One minor issue is the lack of usable Wi-Fi.
