Very nice hospitality nice staff Near atiaf avenu and patio and baywatch avenu The rooms are clean and fitted with needed equipment There where delay in service due to servicing other people and it didnt affect my vacation Thank you for the hospitality

Poor service stated even before reaching hotel. Called number of times to confirm airport shuttle. Every time staff took cell number only to NEVER CALL BACK. Third class service. Do not waste your hard earned money at tbis place.

Not a pleasant stay. I found broken crockeries (attaching pics) there were more broken also but I didnt take pics, not so fresh food - the sandwiches in breakfast was like of 5 days old bread. Moreover, when I visited der swimming pool there was not a single staff member from hotel side, I needed the towel for which there was no one then my wife called the staff from the main floor and that guy was also not helpful. This was the first hotel/staycation/motel I found where there was no towels for swimmers. In the end of day my wife went to the room for the towels. Carpets were not clean. You wouldnt not believe there was no refrigerator in my room. Even one-star hotels and every Airbnb have fridges. Lastly, I try to call reception numerous times but everytime I call from my room there was no one to receive my call. Overall bad experience and will not recommend anyone to visit them.

I recently stayed here and overall, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, their iftar was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the stay experience - can overhear sounds neighboring rooms, WiFi at Business floor (4) is table! Despite informing the staff about the weak signal, I didn't see much improvement. This was a bit frustrating as I needed to stay connected for work. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for events, but be prepared for slow wifi and unresponsive staff.

To be hounest, the hotel not worth the price of the room. No decent cafe shop in hotel, bad tast of coffee and normal bag tea. Elevators always busy. Entrance glasses of the main door is very dirty. The lobby not good for my guests. Radisson is a big name but this hotel is not up to level.
