It's not exactly a 5 star hotel like they advertise. Rooms are not clean. AC and fans are loud. The light in the room and the bathroom blinks, not steady. The front desk staff was very jolly and polite though. Room service was average. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Had to ask for basic amenities again and again on call. Will not stay there again.

Hotel is good with beautiful art all around . Receptionists are welcoming . The food is concern for Indians . Breakfast was not satisfactory also any requests from room takes at least 2 -3 reminders to get it delivered . Please carry your adapters to charge your phone

The staff is not warm at ll. They have a rude tone which was surprising to me. The rooms are dirty. They aren't moped properly. Lot of dust all over the room and washroom. Washroom was missing toiletries. The quality and brand of toiletries was below standard. Really bad experience. I have already spoken to the company i work for to change this hotel so we dont face such issues.

The hotel looks amazing from the outside and inside. The stuff of the hotel is very hospitable and friendly. This is the best hotel you can find with this quality and this price. I advise everyone who wants to stay here not to think and book immediately.

I was happy that I went to buffet I had a good time there. As the guy at the reception when I checked in at 0345 on 14-03-23 was pretty rude , like snapping figures at me while talking and had a callous nature . I was pretty upset and sad but morning when I went to buffet the staff Dina Mulla was the most friendliest and caring person i have ever seen. Her smile itself invites you inside . Thank you for making me happy Dina . Hope to see you again.

The buffet restaurant has many different options and the quality is extremely high. The room service was also first class. Other amenities include restaurants, cafes, kids club, outdoor swimming pool, steam room, etc.
