THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER!! STAFF ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE HOTEL IS DIRTY THE ROOMS STINKS , THEY DONT EVEN COME AND CLEAN, THE TOWELS ARE DIRTY AND THEY DONT EVEN PROVIDE ANY , THEY DONT ANSWER THE CALL, THE CARDS KEEP DISCONNECTING AND I HAVE TO GO DOWN EVERYTIME TO REACTIVATE , THEY ARE DISGUSTING PEOPLE WITH DISGUSTING SERVICE , EVEN WIFI THEY DONT HAVE! DONT WASTR YOUR MONEY ON THIS TRASH , IF I SLEPT IN THE STREETS IS BETTER THAN BEINH IN THIS TRASH AND WITH THESE TRASHY PEOPLE

The rooms are so outdated and dirty looking from being so old. The air conditioning was cold and room dark with the heavy curtains so that was nice. The gentlemen working the front desk seemed lost tho, because during check in I provided my identification and passport of my wife and he glanced at it. Gave me my key and we went upstairs. Shortly after we get a call to go downstairs and get asked to provide an ID. I replied we provided that why do I have to go again? Needless to say I had to go down there and provide him with another moment to review our ID and check us in properly. The location was nice although I wish it was actually located on the beach across the street. All in all it was a place to stay but I will NOT be staying there ever again.

Worst experience I ever had with any hotel in my life. Never going back there again. Reception has no idea of reservations and confirmed (paid) bookings. Everything is falling apart. Dirty, worn out, worst hygiene level. The breakfast is literally below standards . Coffee machines all beaten up, dirty all around. I had zero towels in my room and upon asking staff the response was rude like why you need a towel. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

Everything is falling apart. Dirty, worn out, questionable hygiene,cockroach. Coffee machines all beaten up, dirty all around. Seaview is nice but other side has view to a dumpster. I had zero towels in my room, TV remote didn't work, internet can't connect.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN. I had a very wired incident. They gave my room’s key to another guest and he entered while I was sleeping!!! I officially complained at the reception. Then later the same day, I came back to enter my room and I saw a couple inside my room!!! with my stuff being missing. This is an absolute recklessness and absurd.
