Poorly maintained.
The lounge, loft, and premises are not cleaned for ages. One could see the accumulated dust and leaves fallen when you look out from the elevator as it moves up.
Elevators are very slow, and the access control (normal in all ALL hotels) was not functional.
The front slide doors were not working as I arrived. When I left the hotel, a hoist was in operation, blocking the entrance for some maintenance without having any safety precautions or measures.
No welcome drink voucher served.
Room
I booked a non-smoking room, but I could see the ashtray at the coffee table as I entered. I have reconfirmed it at the reception.
TV remote did not work to switch off the TV. Was not replaced even after reporting.
You are saving on towels. Well, I would rate it as good. But water was leaking in the toilet from the flush. So what is the CO and ? saving you are talking about.
The shower hand set is a disaster.
No stainer in the washbasin drains, which is unhealthy, and water bubbles up.
The position of A/C outlet is right on top of your head when in bed. This makes it really awkward to sleep at night.
The window curtains have not been washed for years and are dusty.

Well, a lot of improvement is needed to make this place clean and hygienic. Service quality was very poor. Even a fresh brewing coffee machine is missing.
The only one good thing I received is a delayed checkout. Thanks for the same.
