I went to the health club of Mariott in king saud road. An absolute nightmare and the worst experience ever. The health club manager mistreated us in a terrible way. I raised a complaint to the managers and they did not pay any attention to it. I have a refund form signed by the health club manager and yet never got my money back. The worst place ever. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Rooms are spacious and clean USB charging port next to bed doesn't work properly Breakfast buffet is OK Gym is small and equipment is old Room service food is good

Switch the Entrance and exit,because while coming from Mather road from the exit gate to Entrance took last week peak time took more than 20 minutes.

Stayed here for 33 days. Awful customer service. Room key stopped working and was told the locking system needed a new battery. Over a week later and still wasn’t replaced with no valid explanation except “engineer will fix it tomorrow”. Throughout this time, rooms were not cleaned either. Rooms are outdated and facilities are very limited. I don’t recommended for the price. Only positive is the restaurant staff are very nice and welcoming.
