Makarem Mina Hotel

Worst experience. Never book here please. I am sitting at reception because receptionist says check in at 4pm. While during booking it is written 3pm, even in FAQ their check in time is 3pm. He fought with me and wont let me in before 4pm.

Worst hotel ever, no room service in 3 days stay, customer service n front desk r the worst, u go tell that u don’t have enough towels n his reply was “so what do u need?” Far from haram as well. Not worth the money we paid for. Also the smell n the cleanliness r the worst, bed sheets have stains on them. Broken switches n exposed wires

The worst hotel I just came out of, I didn't even stay, checked in and already was dealt with poorly and given bad customer service, the rooms and the hallway was disgusting. I paid and selected breakfast through Agoda, when I came and confirmed my booking they said that breakfast is not included then I showed them my booking on Agoda, they said that it's Agoda's problem and not theirs, I told them that Agoda will only put up what you inform them, they still didn't want to take any responsibility. After talking to Agoda's wonderful team, I got my money back mostly and left the hotel and switched to another one. Never ever stay here! Just because someone pays less that doesn't mean that you give them dirt, every human has the right to the basics which is cleanliness, decency on customer service, etc.

Worst experience over last 5 years of regular visits to Mecca , very far from Haram , shuttles are not coming regularly, no room service over 2 days , even after we asked the receptionist many times, breakfast was awful, food is tasteless and cold , low value of money , room was small , everything is old needs maintenance

Bad Experience, only one housekeeping labor , bad reception experience, checkin take more than an 2 hours
