Great hotel! Friendly staff! The rooms are a little dated for the prive but overall great experience. The staff made up for any shortfalls of technology or modernization.

Dear General Manager of Taif Intercontinental, I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service and experience I had during my recent visit at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by your outstanding staff. Special. Thanks for Hanan Ayah ,ameer and Concierg ahmed. The level of service provided was truly remarkable, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the genuine friendliness of your employees were truly commendable.
