From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by your outstanding staff. Special. Thanks for Hanan Ayah ,ameer and Concierg ahmed. The level of service provided was truly remarkable, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the genuine friendliness of your employees were truly commendable. The staff provide excellent service well organised. However, the room condition is extremely old, the bathtub design is odd.

the food is very complete and fresh, I really like the omelette it is perfect. fast service and always helps us . I'm happy thank you for the stuff

The rooms are very nice and clean. although a little dated. The service is amazing. One of the best experiences I have ever had.
