I had the pleasure of staying at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Bur Dubai, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. Mr. Rahul Pal's attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment truly impressed me. The room was consistently spotless, and he went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. His friendly and professional demeanor added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself was also exceptional. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and attentive. The location in Bur Dubai was convenient for exploring the city. Everything was okay. Room given was nice and the customer service is superb. They gave complimentary bottled water. However, in the middle of the night, we heard noise like from club and in the morning, some noise maybe from the next door room or upstairs woke us up - sounded like cleaning. Aside from this, this place is still good.

Being first time in DUBAI this hotel and my room was going to be home. I feel very very good with all staff like who picked me from airport. The person who use to clean my room he use know I need extra water that he never used to forget. The boy at travel desk help us to plan well for our tour in Dubai. And also a big thanks to PALAK it was really nice to meet you all.

My self staying in hotel form long time, All the staff are very helpful. The atmosphere is very good and the hotel is in the best location. Great facilities. Specially house keeping staff very good (Mr. Hassan).

All tourists in this hotel seemed to be from India Hotel's locality is boring. The swimming pool in the top is fit for children below 10 years and is small one. All hotel staff seems to be Indian or Pakistani. Cleanliness & room service is good. Staff is polite, food service is also good enough Finally I forgot a pair of costly sandals over there, they showed no interest in helping me get it back instead they placed conditions to collect it
