One of pathetic service I ever had whenever I called I reception either they don’t receive call or just ask to call another person even I have to wait hours for water and tea. Not recommend

Neat and clean hotel . The executive suite was big and nice. Breakfast was very disappointing. Need to add more items

I stayed 2 days in this hotel with my family. The hotel is clean. the staff are friendly and welcoming. we had beautiful views from our rooms. The rooms were well equipped. the hotel had a cafeteria and a restaurant. we just had to call 555 to order the food and have it delivered to our room. there is an AlBaik restaurant near the hotel. everything was perfect.

room needs maintenance,when i checked inn , the bathroom shawor pipe was leaking,was fixed.The Telefone was not operational,it was not fixed. Tv was with out channels. Room service was slow, average response for requests is 30 mint's. the room conditioners was excellent, room was clean. corridors was quiet. car parkings was with big space, but very steep entrance.There was big fridge in the room,and tea,water heater cattle
